John Kerry
President & Chief Operating Officer, Xstrataflo®

John Kerry, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a United States Army Veteran who served as a Cargo Specialist (88H). Following his military service, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Government with a minor in Psychology from Nicholls State University. At just 25 years old, Kerry took a bold step in his professional journey by founding Xstrataflo® in 2011, a management consulting firm formerly known as Kerry Consulting Group.

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Xstrataflo®, Kerry specializes in crisis management, business operations, strategic development, and revenue growth. His firm is recognized for transforming businesses, managing operations for both new ventures and established companies, and expanding its reach across the United States. With a proven track record of reviving struggling businesses, Xstrataflo® has become a trusted partner for companies looking to scale, restructure, and thrive.

Beyond consulting, Kerry has significant experience in political campaign management. He has worked on multiple local and statewide campaigns, including a United States Senate race in Louisiana. His leadership also extends to civic and organizational service, having served on various boards and committees, including Tau Kappa Epsilon, Director of Thibodaux Main Street, and as an elected member of the Lafourche Parish Executive Committee, where he ran unopposed. He also served as Hospitality Coordinator for a national political convention held in New Orleans.

Kerry is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. He actively supports Catholic charities and organizations dedicated to addressing poverty and supporting underserved populations. He is also an active parishioner, serving in various roles within his local Catholic community.

He is the published author of Rise | Win | Lose, an entrepreneurial blueprint for overcoming instability and manifesting abundance.
