Sebastian Fragoso, Co-Owner
President, Xstrataflo®
Sebastian Fragoso is an entrepreneur and business leader based near Los Angeles, California. He serves as President of Xstrataflo and leads Xstrataflo Global, the company’s international arm. Since becoming an owner at 21, he has led the company’s expansion through strategic planning, operational leadership, and innovative growth initiatives.
Fragoso oversees key divisions, including consulting, retail, and real estate, through Xstrataflo Assets. He is SHRM-CP certified, managing personnel, logistics, and operations across the organization.
Fragoso is the current Chairman of Xstrataflo’s Board of Directors.
John R Kerry, MBA

Senior Advisor & COO, Xstrataflo®
John Kerry is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a United States Army Veteran who served as a Cargo Specialist (88H). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Government from Nicholls State University and an MBA from the University of Mary.
At just 25 years old, Kerry founded Xstrataflo® in 2011, a management consulting firm built to transform how organizations operate, compete, and grow. As Senior Advisor and Chief Operating Officer, he specializes in crisis management, business operations, strategic development, and revenue growth.
Kerry also carries an extensive record in political campaign management, having served on multiple local and statewide campaigns, including a United States Senate race in Louisiana. His civic leadership includes service on the boards of Tau Kappa Epsilon, Director of Thibodaux Main Street, and as an elected member of the Lafourche Parish Executive Committee, where he ran unopposed. He additionally served as Hospitality Coordinator for a national political convention held in New Orleans.
