The Benedictine Board of Review is a standing committee of the Board of Directors dedicated to proactively fostering a culture grounded in Catholic Social Teaching and the enduring principles of the Benedictine tradition.

The Board of Review promotes integrity, stewardship, human dignity, and service to the common good across all activities and initiatives. Through guidance, accountability, and formation, it helps ensure that organizational practices reflect the moral and spiritual foundations that shape our mission.

All affiliates of Xstrataflo are expected to uphold and embody the principles of Catholic Social Teaching and Benedictine values, including respect for the dignity of every person, commitment to community, responsible stewardship, humility, stability, and service.
