As we approach the close of another remarkable year, in this season of thanks, I want to extend my sincere thanks to our Board, our team, our investors, our clients, and the extended family of supporters who continue to champion Xstrataflo. This year, Xstrataflo proudly celebrates 14 years in business! 

Formerly known as Kerry Consulting Group, we were founded on a simple but powerful principle: to help entrepreneurs win and to elevate small businesses. Fourteen years later, that mission continues to guide every step we take. I hope each of you enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving. For us, 2025 has indeed set the stage for what’s ahead. Major projects are well underway, meaningful conversations are happening, deals are being made behind the scenes, and big news is just around the corner.

The year began memorably, kicking things off in New Orleans with a rare snowstorm. From there, I hit the ground running: working, attending the Super Bowl, and connecting with leaders, witnessing history at the conclave in Rome for the election of our new pontiff, spending a memorable week in the streets of Italy, and embracing new responsibilities serving my church parish. It has been a year of purpose, connection, and momentum, but this is just the beginning!

Since 2011, Xstrataflo has received approximately $1.6 million in investments and has proudly partnered with companies across industries to support and deliver on their project needs. Looking ahead, 2026 will mark our final year running a Capital Campaign, as it is the moment when our internal vision will begin to fully come to life. Our goal for this 2026 campaign is $305,000, and we are moving forward swiftly with our objectives.
